The Bleum software outsourcing company was founded in 2002. Over the past six year's this software outsourcing company has developed long standing partnerships with its key clients, all of whom are based overseas. Bleum specializes in providing value added solutions for its customers and, particularly, in the setting up and running of Offshore Development Centers.

• In August 2005 Bleum was one of the first Chinese based software outsourcing companies to receive CMM Level 5. The CMM system of certification from the Software Engineering Institute and is a global standard to benchmark capability. Bleum was accredited CMM Level 4 in June 2005.
• All Bleum Project Managers are PMP® certified by the International Project Management Institute.
• Bleum has excellent.Net development skills and excels in helping international clients realize their SOA strategies whether J2EE or .NET based.

Communication

Effective and efficient communication is critical to all partnerships but particularly for offshore development when crossing timezones, language barriers and cultures.

Security

With security and IP protection a key inhibitor for China being selected as a software outsourcing destination, Bleum takes security and IP protection extremely seriously. A decade of tailoring IP protection programs in India and China for offshore development centers has given us the experience to create what we believe is the most secure offshore development company in China.
