Why China Should Be Your "Plus One" for IT Services

Conclusion

A global approach to mitigating the geographic risks of IT outsourcing in India will allow companies to protect themselves from the uncertainties of being tied to any one country and vendor. Larger companies may wish to explore more than one alternative to India as a way to expand their global presence, enter into new markets and tap into a particular countries area of expertise. However, if companies are looking for a "Plus One" to India that has the potential to match India's size in terms of scalability, long term potential to keep costs down and market opportunity, China clearly stands out among other India alternatives.
