Bleum and Digital China awarded landmark testing service contract by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB)
China's budding software industry witnessed a landmark event this November when Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB) became the first domestic bank to invite a foreign owned and managed software company, Bleum Incorporated, to do testing on the bank's new core banking system. This deal represents a further step in the opening of China's domestic banks to overseas business practices and technological expertise in an effort to better compete in China's post-WTO economic environment.
