George McKinnon Will Help Accelerate Bleum into a World Class Development Company
Shanghai, China, June 28, 2009 - Bleum, Inc., one of China's leading outsourcing providers to American and European companies, has appointed George McKinnon, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of technology management experience, as Chief Delivery Officer.

Prior to joining Bleum, George worked for a number of top tier and Fortune 100 companies including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Nationwide Insurance and Expedia. As a CIO and VP of Technology, he and his teams have been involved in all aspects of software development in areas including IT Strategy, SOA transformation, B2B/B2C, data warehousing and back-office transformation. This experience combined with being based in our Shanghai office, provides Bleum with western best-practices enabling us to deliver world-class results for our customers.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, George earned his BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and later went on to receive a Masters Degree in Business Administration from West Coast University. In addition, he has attended Stan's world renowned Executive Education Program.
