Global Services and neoIT presented the awards to category winners at the 2007 Global Services Conference in New York City on Jan. 31st, 2007. Bleum has now been named to the Global Services 100 list each of the three years that it has been compiled.
Judges from Global Services magazine and outsourcing experts at neoIT made their evaluation based upon over 250 data points provided by the service providers and third parties regarding effective operations, service offerings, client relationships and human capital. According to Rusty Weston, Editor-in-Chief of Global Services magazine, the Global Services 100 firms were selected because they demonstrate a pattern of market leadership, innovation and outstanding customer service. Rather than rank each company from one to 100, the approach used in this study is intended to provide users a head start in the quest to maintain updated 'short lists' of the leading providers of globally delivered services.
