Bleum Hires Top Indian QA Director to Lead Bleum CMM Initiative

Bleum is proud to announce a new addition to the team in the Quality assurance function. RN Lavania, QA Director from HCL Technologies joins Bleum in its Shanghai headquarters from October 8 2003. Lavania was responsible for all quality programs in the software division of HCL and was responsible for three offices being assessed at CMM Level 5 in 2003. They were the HCL offices in New Delhi (Noida), Calcutta, and Chennai (Madras). Lavania is a certified lead assessor for CMM CBA-IPI and also a certified ISO auditor. Lavania will be leading the operations of Bleum's quality department with a goal of achieving CMM Level 4 in the first quarter 2004 and CMM Level 5 in third quarter 2004.
