Bleum CEO Speaks at China IT Outsourcing Summit 2004

Eric Rongley, CEO and Founder of Bleum Inc., China's leading provider of offshore software development services, presented today at China IT Outsourcing Summit 2004. The conference was held September 9th and 10th in Beijing, China's national capital. Approximately 500 professionals attended the event including executives from overseas multinational companies, managers of leading IT service firms, investors, government officials and academic officials.

Eric was a guest speaker and spoke about the key issues involved in managing offshore relationships and projects. Considered one of the world's top experts on offshore outsourcing, Eric has more than a decade of experience building high performance software centers in both China and Asia. Prior to founding Bleum, Eric was with Capital One, a leading U.S. financial services company, where he set-up and managed in China a offshore development center that was awarded one of Asia's 10th best employers by the Wall Street Journal. Before coming to China, Eric spent five years in India as the General Manager for International Voice Register's software development center and part of an organization that one of India's first companies to achieve CMM Level 4.
