Bleum Launches U.S. Headquarters Bringing China Offshore Development Services to U.S. Companies
Company Opens San Francisco, California Office Focused on Delivering China-based Offshore Software Development Services to U.S. Companies

 Bleum Inc., China's leading provider of offshore software development services, announced today that it has opened its U.S. headquarters enabling the company to best serve U.S. customers. Bleum's first U.S. office will be located in San Francisco, California, and led by David Burke, Bleum's Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The announcement was made at the Gartner Outsourcing Summit, the world's leading outsourcing conference being held in Las Vegas, Nev. May 17-19, where Bleum is participating as a conference sponsor.

 Establishing the U.S. office directly supports Bleum's onsite-offshore service model where Bleum works onsite at the customer location defining requirements and deploying projects, while the majority of the development work is done offshore in China. Initially, U.S. based services will focus on business development and customer management, complementing Bleum's complete range of software development outsourcing services delivered from Bleum's Shanghai-based development center.The U.S. office will also serve as a base for Bleum China-based professionals being deployed to U.S. customers.
