As Director for Bleum Learning Department, Lisa Keegan is responsible for the company's global training and development programs. Lisa has served for over a decade as a Learning & Development executive developing diverse programs that help managers speed workforce time-to-competency; implement learning technologies, develop training processes to meet CMMi Level 5 requirements, and specialize in onshore/offshore collaboration.

Before joining Bleum, Lisa worked for Reuters Ltd as the Global Head of Learning, Software Development in Bangkok, Thailand. Lisa was instrumental in building and growing the Reuters Software Thailand Ltd (RSTL) strategic offshore development center from 200 staff to 1,300 staff and assisting RSTL in achieving CMMi Level 5 Certification. She also managed knowledge acquisition and intellectual property for Reuters?offshore transition projects to Bangkok.

Lisa is an experienced public speaker, executive coach, and human capital expert specializing in cross-cultural leadership, workforce planning and performance improvement. Lisa? technical background as a Microsoft & Cisco Certified Systems Engineer has provided her the knowledge required to lead and implement learning programs for technology companies.

Lisa is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce ?Shanghai Learning Committee and holds a Bachelors of Art from the University of Colorado, Boulder in Economics & Computing. Lisa has worked and lived in the USA, UK, Singapore, Thailand, and now China. She has conducted training programs throughout the Asia Pacific region, most notably India, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand.
