Thomas Dolis

Director, U.S. Business Development

As Director for Bleum U.S. Business Development, Thomas Dolis is responsible for driving Bleum's business development strategies and activities and for ensuring that clients understand how to best leverage the Chinese IT outsourcing market in their globalization strategies. Thomas has been part of the Chinese IT outsourcing industry since early 2001 and has developed a deep understanding of China and how to leverage geographically distributed teams to ensure world class global delivery.

Prior to Bleum, Thomas worked at Objectiva Software Solutions as the Director of Sales Operations. There he grew with the company from start up through acquisition by Document Sciences Corporation (Nasdaq: DOCX), which is now part of EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC). In this role, Thomas was responsible for US business development, China sales, and contributed to the company's CMM accreditation. It was here that he built strategic partnerships with corporate, government, analyst, and venture capital firms in the globalization community. During his tenure he also worked as part of the project management team, where he was able to hone his skills managing global software development projects and acted as the liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all business needs were met.

Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has also studied at Peking University and Beijing Normal University.
