Steven is responsible for the strategic direction of the Corporate Marketing, Sales and Human Resources Functions at Bleum, Inc.

With over 25 years of International Consulting experience, Steven has broad experience building world-class Human Resources and recruiting organizations. Additionally, Steven was the Global Partner at Cap Gemini responsible for Logistics and Physical Distribution Strategies at FedEx. In this role, he created Cap Gemini's Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) offering.

Steven also developed outsourcing strategies for publicly traded North American companies to support operating units in Europe, the America's and China.
