Eric Rongley

CEO/Founder

Eric Rongley founded Bleum in August 2001, and sets the strategic direction for the company's growth and development.

He brings to this role over a decade of experience in building high performance software centers in both India and China. His particular strength lies in building companies to attain the highest of international standards. Bleum is CMM Level 5 accredited and practices ISO 27001 with accreditation due in Q4 2006.

Prior to founding Bleum, Eric established and ran Navion (Shanghai) Software Development Company for Capital One Financial of Virginia, USA. He led Navion to be listed by the Asian Wall Street Journal and Far Eastern Economic Review, in 2001, as the 10th Best Employer in Asia award. Before coming to China, Eric was the General Manager for IVR's (International Voice Register) software development center in India. IVR India was part of an organization that achieved CMM Level 4 in 1998.

Eric is currently Chairperson of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) Shanghai Chapter and is also Chair of the Ethics Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
