BLEUM to Showcase Quality Management Tool, Hydra, at BAI Retail Delivery 2011

Shanghai, China, September 26, 2011 - Bleum Inc., a China-based specialist IT outsourcing provider, will be showcasing the company's proprietary quality management tool, Hydra, as part of BAI Retail Delivery's 2011 Conference and Expo, taking place from October 11-13  in Chicago.
