Bleum Named China Offshore Delivery Leader

Firm Ranked in 2011 Global Services Compendium

Shanghai, China, June 30, 2011 - Bleum Inc. has been ranked in the 2011 Global Services Compendium for the 2nd year in a row. The annual list identifies the "100 companies that define outsourcing" based on management performance, customer and global delivery maturity and breadth of service portfolio. The selection process incorporates over 200 data points and several qualitative parameters.

Bleum was also highlighted as a leader in China offshore delivery and a global top specialty product engineering vendor.

This is due to Bleum's successes for our clients, including:
