Bleum Recruits New Finance Leader

Shanghai, China, July 12, 2010-Bleum Inc., a China-based IT outsourcer that helps clients improve their business performance, has recruited Linda Zhu as its vice president of finance and administration. Like the rest of Bleum's management team, Zhu brings strong leadership experience at top global firms, including Johnson & Johnson and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Zhu most recently served as corporate vice president of finance for VeriSilicon Group, which designs and builds integrated circuits for consumer electronics products. While at VeriSilicon, Zhu built a world-class finance department, including its reporting and accounting systems and controls, with offices in the United States, Europe and Asia. She was responsible for all aspects of financial management, from accounting, financial planning and analysis and internal control to advising all departments, senior management and investors on financial issues.

At VeriSilicon, Zhu created a company structure and tax structure to minimize risks and taxes while maximizing the economic benefits. She played a strategic role in integrating acquisitions and led debt financing and venture capital fundraising. While at VeriSilicon, Zhu received the CEO Award in recognition of her continuously high performance and significant contribution to the company.

Before joining VeriSilicon, Zhu managed all finance and tax matters, including accounting, financial analysis, planning and forecasting, and external and internal audit, for several Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries in China. Zhu began her career as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Shanghai.

Zhu received a bachelor in international accounting and finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she was named Outstanding Graduate. She also holds a global executive MBA from the University of Southern California.
