Bleum Makes Devott's Top 50 Service Outsourcing Providers in China List

Tianjin, China March 25, 2009 - Bleum, one of China's leading IT outsourcing providers to American and European companies, has been recognized as one of China's leading outsourcing providers by Devott Co. LTD's Chinasourcing - Top 50 Service Outsourcing Providers in China 2008 list. Devott chose the Top 50 from a list of 4000 submissions on the basis of various criteria including outsourcing revenue, industry certifications and client references.
