Bleum Named George McKinnon as Chief Delivery Officer

George McKinnon Will Help Accelerate Bleum into a World Class Development Company

Shanghai, China, June 28, 2009 - Bleum, Inc., one of China's leading outsourcing providers to American and European companies, has appointed George McKinnon, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of technology management experience, as Chief Delivery Officer.

"George brings to Bleum 20 years of experience scaling world class organizations. Prior to joining Bleum, George worked for a number of top tier and Fortune 100 companies including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Nationwide Insurance and Expedia. As a CIO and VP of Technology, he and his teams have been involved in all aspects of software development in areas including IT Strategy, SOA transformation, B2B/B2C, data warehousing and back-office transformation. This experience combined with being based in our Shanghai office, provides Bleum with western best-practices enabling us to deliver world-class results for our customers.

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, George earned his BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and later went on to receive a Masters Degree in Business Administration from West Coast University. In addition, he has attended Stan's world renowned Executive Education Program.
