Bleum Announces the Appointment of William Stancer as VP Business Development

Shanghai, China December 10, 2009 - Bleum Inc. today announced that it has expanded its senior management team with the appointment of William Stancer as VP Business Development. William, one of the industry's most experienced marketers spent thirteen years at Accenture where he was Senior Executive, responsible for Accenture's Global Marketing and Business Development activities for their Resources Industries (Energy, Utility and Chemical industries).

William will take charge of all Bleum's marketing and sales activities including market research, branding, public relations and sales.

William has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience for Consulting and technology companies and has held a number of senior global leadership roles in Accenture. He has in addition been a member of the management team of the $5 billion Private Equity business at HBoS, private equity investments.

A graduate of the Stirling University in Scotland, William earned has Business and Economics degree.
