Commitment to quality is at the core of Bleum's culture and serves as our primary approach to client management. Bleum was the 2nd company in all of China to obtain CMMI Level 5 Certification and truly practices CMMI on a day-to-day basis. Bleum is now CMMI Level 5 assessed. We are one of few companies in China to be both CMMI Level 5 and ISO 27001 compliant."

Bleum has developed its own proprietary methodology, Pearl for software development that combines the best aspects of leading software development methodologies optimized for offshore delivery.

Pearl is supported by Hydra®, Bleum's Quality Management System. Hydra is a web-based project management system that integrates all key development processes and tools with a client communications system. By accessing client dashboards from within their Web browser, Bleum clients can closely follow the status of their project on a daily basis.

Our focus on high quality means successful engagements that are completed on schedule with extremely low defect rates. For example, in Q4 2007, Bleum completed 26 projects, of which 5 had a 0 defect rate and the remainder had defect rates less then 1% per thousand lines of code.
