William Stancer

Vice President Business Development

William joined Bleum and moved to Shanghai in 2009 as Vice President Business Development. He is responsible for Bleum's Sales and Marketing and is a member of the Senior Management Team.

William has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience for Consulting and technology companies. He spent 13 years working in Accenture in a variety of Sales and Marketing culminating in having responsibility for their Global Marketing and Business Development activities for the Resources Industries (Energy, Utility and Chemical industries). During his time in Accenture, William held a number of senior global leadership roles in their geographical leadership teams and in their Global Marketing leadership team.

On leaving Accenture in 2007, William was appointed to the management team of Integrated Finance at Bank of Scotland. This was the Private Equity arm of the Bank and invested directly into Companies, in addition to investing in other Private Equity businesses. One of William's core responsibilities was to develop a Third Party Fund Management capability for the Bank and liaise with Investors.

A graduate of the Stirling University in Scotland, William has a degree in Business and Economics.
