Seth Pinegar

Chief Financial Officer

Seth Pinegar is Chief Financial Officer, having joined Bleum in 2011. He is primarily responsible for leadership of corporate finance, strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

From 2008 to 2011, Seth served as SVP & Head of Corporate Development and Global Business Development at iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS), a Beijing-headquartered technology services. While at iSoftStone Seth led all aspects of Corporate Development, including its 2009 Series-C private placement, six acquisitions and its 2010 U.S Initial Public Offering. In addition, Seth served as a member of iSoftStone's senior business development team and represented the Company in its dialogue with industry analysts and the investment community.

Prior to joining iSoftStone in 2008, Seth was an investment banker for nearly a decade, most recently at UBS Investment Bank, based in New York and Tokyo, and before that with JPMorgan's technology investment banking group, based initially in San Francisco and later in Hong Kong.

Seth received a BA from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, USA.
