Eric Rongley

Chief Executive Officer

Eric Rongley founded Bleum, one of China's leading outsourcing providers to American and European companies, in August 2001. As CEO of the company, he sets the strategic direction for the company's growth and development.

His experience spans over two decades building high performance software centers in both India and China. His particular strength lies in inspiring companies to attain the highest level of international standards. Currently, he has led the Bleum team to achieve CMMI Level 5 and ISO 27001 certifications.

Prior to founding Bleum, Eric established and ran the Navion (Shanghai) Software Development Company for Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF) of Virginia, USA. Under his leadership Navion was recognized by the Asian Wall Street Journal and the Far Eastern Economic Review, as the 10th Best Employer in Asia.Before his career led him to China, Eric was the General Manager for IVR's (International Voice Register) software development center in India. IVR India was part of the organization that achieved one of the first CMMI Level 4 accreditations in India.

Eric currently serves as the Chair of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) Shanghai and is the former Chair of the Ethics and IT Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
