Charlie Li
Vice President of Human Resources
Charlie Li is the Vice President of Human Resources, having joined Bleum in Jan 2012 and is responsible for the company's overall global human resources practices and policies that support Bleum's talent management strategy.
Prior to joining Bleum, Charlie served as Asia-Pacific Human Resources Director for Cadence Design Systems, a global leader in the electronic design automation industry. During his 7 year tenure at Cadence, he led the Asia Pacific HR team to support the company's rapid growth. In this role, Charlie was responsible for attracting and retaining top talent for Cadence in Asia, compensation and benefit service, learning and development, and employee relations of the entire Asia region. He and his HR team tripled the total number of employees in Asia by growing the business teams and ramping up R&D centers in different locations across Asia Pacific countries over the past several years.
Prior to Cadence, Charlie worked with several global companies in a diverse set of roles: John Deere, American standard, and Motorola.
Mr. Li holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management with 2nd concentration in Finance Management from Purdue University, and Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Tianjin University.
