CSR Overview

BLEUM demonstrates a commitment to social responsibility everywhere we operate and have an impact.

Throughout our history, we have shown a commitment to environmental and social responsibility through recognizing and implementing good practices and encouraging a culture of responsibility through action in all that we do.

Bleum approaches Corporate Social Responsibility through three different channels: Our World, Our People, and Our Community. In each of these areas, we identified our strengths and areas of potential improvement. As a company, we reached a consensus on the initiatives that will enable us to have the greatest positive impact on our society and the environment.

We focus our sustainability efforts on minimizing our environment impact and adhering to a strict code of conduct. Through our business, we want to create a better future every day for our world: the people who work for us, those we do business with, and future generations whose quality of life depends on the way we protect the environment today. Sustainability is critical to the continued success of our business and to the environment and the society we live in.

We encourage a volunteer mindset that can assist in enhancing employee morale and retention, strengthen company loyalty and build goodwill in the communities in which we operate. We also realize that the way to accomplish corporate volunteering depends on all Bleum employees. One example of our current initiatives is that we are an active participant in a non-profit organization that dedicates itself to providing support to underprivileged children in undeveloped and underdeveloped countries around the world.

Charities and support for urgent relief work are part of Bleum's commitment to helping people around the world. Our primary focus is on charities that impact individuals and groups in China. In the past year they have included:

• Providing support to educational institutes
• Providing support following natural disasters in China
• Arranging clothing drives for children in Juyan New District elementary school
