Career Development
Bleum has doubled its size for the past 3 years annually. Therefore, we are able to provide our people with opportunities to advance in their careers very quickly. Bleum has a comprehensive training program along with other career development programs to help you manage your career objectives and goals.
English Training
Bleum runs an in-house English language training program dedicated
to ensuring progressive and continuous language improvement. At the
core of this training is a 5-level program based on CMMI ideology,
complemented with tailored one-on-one training which targets an
individual's specific needs. This allows simultaneous focus on both
technical communication skills and daily conversation ability. The
classroom learning is brought into play in our English Only
workplace, enabling constant and real-life practice all throughout
each and every workday.
Technical Training
Bleum employs internal Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in
all major technical disciplines. Our SMEs must be nominated by our
senior management and are only the most highly qualified technical
resources in the company. Our SMEs deliver training programs to
other staff on a continual basis. In addition, Bleum also seeks out
the best external training resources. Bleum works with certified
Technical Training and Business Management Training Companies to
help ensure our staff obtains the skills necessary to compete in
today's competitive business and serve the specific needs of our
clients.
Process Training
To ensure excellence in quality and a smooth method of working,
Bleum will provide you a variety of training in the areas of
Software Development, Quality, Security and Project Management. The
Process training programs include: CMMI/CMMI training, Bleum Pearl
[LINK] process, Information Security training and PMI training if
applicable.
Overseas Training and Work
After working six months in Bleum, employees are eligible to be
sent overseas to work directly with their customers. Bleum often
sends top employees overseas for training, which is a wonderful
opportunity to experience life abroad as well as further you
careers.
Performance Development
Bleum provides performance appraisals to its entire staff, taking
into account every aspect of their working performance, from the
feedback of their direct manager, teammates, clients and colleagues
from other departments. Our 360 degree performance appraisal is
very objective allowing the employee to understand where they have
done well, where they still need improvement and how to make that
improvement. Our performance appraisal system is designed to help
our employees further develop their skills and accelerate their
career within the company.
Employee Satisfaction Survey
In order to continuously improve the company's working environment,
every year, Bleum holds an employee satisfaction survey. Employees
can put forward their ideas and suggestions to make Bleum an even
better place to work. Our management takes this survey very
seriously. They collect all the information and take action
accordingly, openly communicating the results of the survey to all
employees. Many current Bleum practices are as a result of ideas
generated through the survey. For example, company sports teams
such as badminton, football and billiards were a direct result of
employee suggestions.
