Bleum is hosting 'power' day which will offer you a chance to show your technical skills, talk to your possible future manager/colleagues and understand who Bleum is and how you can grow your career within Bleum.

What is a Power Day?

 Any Bleum event that may incorporate a range of activities

Pre selected assessment invitation where you can join us for a full assessment that could result in a job offer on the same day

We also offer you the opportunity to simply walk  in to see us and discuss any jobs of interest . You can then decide if you want to take the assessment at that time and potentially still get a job offer on the same day

Any open event, career and information giving event where you can just come along to meet Bleum employees and learn about the company. You can always apply later for any position we advertise and we can take your details to get in contact with you if we have a job that might interest you

During the assessment that could take approximate three hours we will provide light snacks and drinks and there will be plenty of Bleum people to talk to , so you get to know all about us.

The assessment could include

Resume discussion

English speaking skills discussion

On line numerical questionnaire and technical skills questionnaire

Technical skills interview where we discuss your skills knowledge

An interview with possibly your future manager so that you get to know the people you could be working with.

Who can attend Power Day?

Open to anyone who believes that they have the technical skills to be offered assessment that can lead to a job offer on the same day.
