Hiring FAQ

1.      What will be the Salary?

The Salary will be competitive.  For a deserving candidate Salary will not be a constraint. It will be based on Employees Caliber, Performance and Past experience.

2.      Can you describe the cost of living?

Healthy and Peaceful Life. Cost of living in Shanghai is described on many online forums of Indian Association.

3.      Will accommodation be provided?

A shared Bachelor accommodation will be provided for One Year.

4.      Who will cover the cost of Travel from India to Shanghai?

Cost of Travel and Visa Processing will be reimbursed by the company. Initially the Candidate will have to bear. The Cheapest Airline with Economy class will be considerable only.    

5.      Is there any Bond Signed. If yes What Value and How many years?

No company can execute bond or contract with employees as per Chinese labor law.

6.      Do we have to pay any fees for the Interview or Registration Charges?

Absolutely Not. No third party is involved. This is a genuine Process directly Hiring from Company Location. If you find any Person in between asking for any enrollment fees bring it to our Notice.

7.      How will be the Hiring Process?

There will be a series of Remote Online Test including.

•  General Aptitude test.

•  Technical test.

Then We will have a Video conference Interview or a Interview Face to Face in INDIA.

•  There will be a General aptitude and Technical test in a concise format just to verify the candidate skills.

•  Technical Round Face to Face.

•  HR / Behavioral Round Face to Face.

8.      Will somebody come to India to recruit us?

Yes for the Final Technical Interview and HR round will be in INDIA. And you may have to travel to the Nearest Location .It will be on Weekends.

9.      Can I join there with My Family? Then what about accommodation?

Yes you can .But in that case you will have to bear the Accommodation cost.

10.    Is there any Training provided before we join?

Initial 6 months will be the Probation Period with some tasks related to respective profile.

11.    I have 3 years of Work experience, will my salary vary with the other recruited guys?

12.    I am a Girl how safe is Shanghai for me?

It is Very Safe Here

13.    How many Leaves are available throughout the year?

You will Have 1 leave per month. Total 12 days per year.
