Base Pay
On an annual basis, we benchmark our current salaries to market to
ensure that we are competitive with the outside market.
Performance-Based Pay
Performance based pay is a key component of the Total Rewards
program. It allows employees to directly share in the success of
Bleum. Bleum strongly believes in merit based pay and consequently,
staff receives annual bonuses based on the results of their
individual and team performance results.
Comprehensive Benefits
We offer Social Insurance: social pension fund, social medical
insurance fund, social unemployment fund and housing fund for staff
who have a Shanghai Hukou or Shanghai Residence Permit and provide
integrated insurance for those who do not.
Stock Ownership
Bleum provides opportunity to own stock through the Share
Ownership Plan which allows employees to share in the continued

Annual Leave
All staff who pass the probation period enjoy annual paid
leave.
Reimbursement
Employees who take external training to obtain specific
certifications will be reimbursed for the training and examination
