Steven has been involved with Bleum since 2008, responsible for the strategic development of various aspects of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning Development and Business Development.

Steven has global executive management consulting experience spanning over 25 years with Cap Gemini, a leading Global Consulting firm, where he was responsible for the Group-wide creation and deployment of the Customer Relationship Management Offering (CRM), which achieved “upper right hand quadrant” status from Gartner, and Steven was also the Global Partner for Cap Gemini’s relationship with a major Global Logistic’s provider. Steven has been involved in the creation of a variety of strategic solutions involving outsourcing in Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
