Jim Venglarik

US General Manager

Jim Venglarik joined Bleum in 2010 as its first U.S. General Manager. Working with offshoring providers for the past 15 years, he has served in a number of senior IT and operating posts including JP Morgan Chase, Expedia, and AT&T Universal Card. He will oversee Bleum’s work with U.S. clients by Gartner, Inc.

Before joining Bleum, James was a partner for Tatum LLC, where he served as interim chief information officer (CIO) for Expedia Inc., interim chief technology officer/chief operating officer (CTO/COO) for insurance software maker IDP and interim CIO for payment services company E-Duction Inc. He also led major IT initiatives for such clients as Moody’s and JEVS Human Services.

Previously, James spent six years as CIO of JP Morgan Chase Card Services. He also served as CIO of Advanta and vice president of systems development for AT&T Universal Card Services. Before these posts, he held IT management positions with GlaxoSmithKline, General Electric and Cleveland Pneumatic Company. He has a master in applied mathematics, summa cum laude, from Youngstown State University and a bachelor in mathematics, magna cum laude, from John Carroll University.
