Bleum Named Top 100 Global Outsourcer for Sixth Year

Shanghai, China, February 23, 2011 - Bleum Inc., a China-based IT outsourcing company that works with U.S. and European companies, has been named to the 2011 Global Outsourcing 100 for the sixth consecutive year. This annual list of the world's best outsourcing providers, compiled by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, is based on evaluations by an independent panel of outsourcing buyers that assesses: company size and growth; customer references; organizational competencies; and management capabilities.
