Team Activities

Every team has a team budget for outside activities. In the past teams have chosen to have dinner together, go to Karaoke, go skiing, and have barbecues in the park. Usually, or once or twice a year, teams go outside of Shanghai to enjoy nearby scenic spots.

This is a very effective way to promote the relationship and foster harmonious working environment among team members allowing them to have more chance to get together with each other and know more about each other.
