Every Bleum team has a budget for social and recreational activities. In the past, teams have chosen various activities such as having dinner together, going to Karaoke bars, skiing and having barbecues in the park. Once or twice a year, the teams venture out of Shanghai to enjoy nearby scenic spots. Socializing among Bleumies has been instrumental in promoting strong relationships between team members. Allowing Bleumies to get to know each other outside of work has fostered a more harmonious environment at work which everyone appreciates!
