Team work and collaboration are also critical. Here at Bleum we work as teams. We view our clients as members of our team and hope that they view us as part of their team too. To bring teamwork to life we emphasize the importance of communication.

And we communicate both in and out of work. We understand the need for a work vs life balance and try to incorporate it into the office. Everyday we have one hour "Movie Noon", people can have some lunch in the canteen while enjoying the wonderful movies. Every night people can play snooker or go to the 5-star hotel gym to have exercises. Bleum also establishes football, basketball and badminton sports teams, every week, sports team willl organize sports activities. Every half a year, our football team will have external football matches with other companies.
