Base Pay
On an annual basis, we benchmark our current salaries to market to ensure that we are competitive with the outside market.
Performance-Based Pay
Performance based pay is a key component of the Total Rewards program. It allows employees to directly share in the success of Bleum. Bleum strongly believes in merit based pay and consequently, staff receives annual bonuses based on the results of their individual and team performance results.
