Bleum is committed to developing its single most important asset - its people. Every year, from October to November, Bleum starts its annual "Campus Recruiting" program. We offer staff clearly defined career paths and ensure they receive the best training and on the job support and mentoring possible. Bleum has run a formalized graduate recruitment campaign selecting students nationwide since 2002. Successful graduates participate in the annual graduate trainee program every July. Bleum's English Only Working Environment also allows out new hires to quickly improve their English soon after they join.
Graduate Training Program
Bleum's "Graduate Trainee Program" is an intensive three month program combining instructor-led workshops and on-the-job training. Bleum utilizes both external and internal training resources to deliver five basic training modules. These modules include: Bleums Culture and Policies, Process and Work Flows, Technical Training, On-the-Job Training, and real-time Pilot Project Testing and Development. The key components of the various training modules are CMMi Systems, Software Development Processes, and ISO 27001 Security Policies. Following the three month program, graduates will join their allocated project teams. Those who successfully complete the training program will be offered formal appointments at the end of the first year. During the training program, Bleum holds one team activity for all the new graduates to build relationships and make the new employees feel comfortable working as a team.
