Base pay
We constantly analyze the current market to ensure our salaries are in line with market salaries for each employee.
Performance-related pay
This is a key component of the Total Rewards program and offers employees the opportunity to share in the success of Bleum which is a direct result of the performance of our employees. Bleum's staff receive annual bonuses based on performance appraisal results.
Comprehensive benefits
We offer Social Insurance: social pension fund, social medical insurance fund, social unemployment fund and housing fund for staff who have a Shanghai Hukou or Shanghai Residence Permit, and provide integrated insurance for those who don't.
Stock ownership
To allow employees to share in Bleum's successes, Bleum provides an opportunity to own stock through the Share Ownership Plan.
Annual Leave
All staff who pass probation period enjoy paid annual leave days.
Reimbursement
Employees who take external training to obtain certification will be reimbursed for the training and examination fees.
